Tomas Reyes, Owner

I started CleanRun in 2013 after watching a competitor quote a Plano homeowner $89 over the phone and leave with a $1,400 invoice. That still makes me tired. I hold a Texas Air Conditioning Contractor license and personally spec every piece of equipment we run, from the Rotobrush agitation systems to the Nikro negative-pressure extractors, the industrial vacuums that pull debris out of your ductwork without letting it escape into your house. My daily routine includes reviewing every photo record before it goes to the customer, because “the camera showed a 3-inch debris build-up at the first elbow” is the only kind of report I’ll sign off on. I live in Plano with two dogs who have no respect for my schedule and a garage full of abandoned home improvement projects that prove I should stick to ducts.

Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus has been running cleanouts in Collin County for eleven years, and he can tell you which Plano subdivisions built between 1998 and 2006 have the flex-duct sag at the second-floor registers without looking at the plans. He holds NADCA certification, the industry standard for air duct cleaning competency, and specializes in older homes with original galvanized ductwork, the rigid metal runs that corrode from the inside out in our humid Texas summers. Marcus is the one who trained our crew on Abatement Technologies HEPA filtration, the sealed vacuum systems that capture particles down to 0.3 microns. He also makes a point of learning every customer’s name before he rings the doorbell, which he claims is “just basic manners” but somehow makes the whole job feel less like a service call and more like a neighbor stopping by.

Diana K., Senior Installer / Duct Repair Specialist

Diana joined us in 2017 after eight years in residential HVAC retrofit, and she’s the reason our duct repair and sealing service exists as a standalone offering rather than an upsell. She’s certified in Aeroseal application, the polymer sealant that closes leaks from the inside of your duct runs without tearing into walls, and she carries the Honeywell and Aprilaire installation credentials for whole-home air quality systems. Diana handles the jobs other crews walk away from: the 1970s ranch in Old Plano with asbestos-wrapped plenums, the custom home in Kings Ridge where the original builder left a 12-inch gap between the trunk line and the master bedroom register. She keeps a collection of before-and-after photos on her phone that she’ll show you unprompted, not because she’s proud of the work, though she is, but because she genuinely thinks people should understand what moves through their ducts.

Raj P., Service Coordinator

Raj is who answers when you call (469) 452-7766, and he’s who makes sure the written price reaches your inbox before Marcus or Diana loads a single tool. He’s been with CleanRun since 2019 and handles scheduling across our thirteen-city service area, which means he knows exactly how long a full-system cleanout takes in a 3,200-square-foot Windhaven home versus a 1,900-square-foot ranch in Parker Estates. Raj is the one who explains Haven Standard Clause 1, our written-price-before-work requirement, to every new caller, and he’s the one who follows up after the job to deliver your Documented Photo Record, the before-and-after images from inside every duct run. He also runs a small catering business on weekends, which means our shop fridge is occasionally full of experimental biryani that he insists needs “objective feedback.”

Elena V., Apprentice Technician

Elena came to us in 2023 after completing the HVAC program at Collin College, and she’s working toward her NADCA certification while rotating through every phase of our operation. Right now she shadows Marcus on negative-pressure extraction setups and handles register, the vent covers where conditioned air enters your rooms, removal and reinstallation on most residential jobs. Elena has a knack for finding the debris patterns that indicate upstream problems, the kind of diagnostic eye that usually takes five years to develop. She’s also the reason our shop has a whiteboard covered in hand-drawn duct layouts from actual Plano homes, which she uses to study flow dynamics and which the rest of us use to settle arguments about whether a particular ranch in Willow Bend has a radial or extended-plenum design.
